The concept of citizenship does not mean a person's belonging to a particular nationality, but rather to a particular country, and acts as a means of expressing the relationship between an individual and the state. Accordingly, any person can become a citizen of this state, regardless of nationality, race, gender, profession, social origin, or attitude to religion, if he serves the state in which he lives and ensures its independence, recognizes the state symbols of his country: its constitution, is proud of its emblem, anthem, flag, currency, and army.
