This article analyzes the importance, methods and effectiveness of using innovative pedagogical technologies in the military education system. It reveals the possibilities of effective use of interactive teaching methods, information and communication technologies (ICT), simulators and distance learning systems in developing the knowledge, skills and qualifications of military personnel.
