This article analyzes the concept of pedagogical image (teacher image) in the 21st century based on modern approaches, and analyzes the problems in the education system of Uzbekistan and ways to solve them in comparison with the experience of foreign countries (Finland, Japan, South Korea). The pedagogical image is considered as a set of attitudes towards the teacher in society, and its structural aspects are revealed based on scientific sources.
