The article examines the main features of communication between parents and adolescent children, which are influenced by psychophysiological changes, personality crises, changes in the socio-cultural environment, and the level of parental competence. Particular attention is paid to the role of empathetic listening, emotional support, and respectful communication as key factors in the formation of trusting relationships.
