Innovations are created and implemented to modernize and improve a process or area of activity. Pedagogical innovations are aimed at improving the educational process, increasing the quality of education and personnel training. This type of innovation is associated with a system of key performance indicators (KPI). This article examines the relationship between pedagogical innovations and their ability to act as an indicator of educational effectiveness.
