This study analyzes the negative impact of screen (phone, tablet, computer and television) addiction, one of the most common problems in modern society, on human psychological, physical and social development. It also proposes effective solutions to reduce this problem. The results of the study consider ways to protect the younger generation from the complications of information technology and encourage the rational use of technology.
