This article analyzes the main laws, regulatory documents and political strategies that regulate the legal status and place of representatives of national minorities in the Republic of Uzbekistan. It examines how the rights of national minorities are guaranteed through documents such as the Constitution, Presidential Decrees, and State Policy Concepts, as well as the state policy and achievements in this area to ensure interethnic harmony. The article also examines the conditions created for the active participation of national minorities in social and cultural life, as well as mechanisms for state support.
