This article comprehensively analyzes the current environmental situation in Tashkent, reflecting the increasing anthropogenic factors and the deterioration of air quality. Attention is paid to the dynamics of the concentration of fine particles, the main indicators of air pollution and those that pose a serious threat to public health (PM2.5 and PM10). The main sources of harmful emissions are considered, the transport sector, industrial enterprises, construction sites and the use of solid fuels in residential areas.
