The article presents the results of a pedagogical experiment aimed at assessing the effectiveness of the author's technology for the stage-by-stage formation and diagnosis of professional competencies within the corporate training system of the oil and gas industry. The experiment was conducted on a sample of 50 Grade 1 specialists, divided into experimental and control groups. A comparative analysis of competency dynamics was carried out based on the results of initial and final testing using the developed diagnostic complex. Statistical data processing confirmed the hypothesis of a statistically significant increase in the level of competency development in the experimental group, particularly in the area of metacompetencies. The obtained results prove the practical effectiveness and diagnostic reliability of the proposed technology.
