Artificial intelligence (AI) technologies are playing an important role in improving diagnostic accuracy, workflow optimization, and patient service quality in radiology. With the help of AI, the efficiency of computer tomography (CT), magnetic resonance imaging (MRI), and X-ray image analysis, early detection of diseases, and automatic image classification are increasing. At the same time, the problems of interpretation accuracy, model comprehensibility, and compliance with ethical and regulatory requirements of AI systems are also discussed. In radiology, artificial intelligence works in integration with the human factor and opens up great prospects for clinical practice.
