This article analyzes the role and importance of women's leadership in the development of New Uzbekistan. It covers state policy, legislative framework and ongoing reforms aimed at involving women in active participation in all spheres of public life, developing their political, social and economic leadership potential. The impact of modernity and modernization processes on the role of women is shown, especially through the practical application of the principles of gender equality. The article also draws on international experience and advanced leadership models.
