This article covers the essence of intellectual property objects, their main types, legal protection mechanisms and ways of commercialization. In the current conditions of globalization and innovative economy, intellectual property is emerging as an important factor of scientific and technological progress, competitiveness and economic stability. The article classifies intellectual property objects such as inventions, utility models, industrial designs, trademarks, service marks, copyrights and software, and analyzes the methods of their legal protection. Also, the issues of licensing, sale, introduction into production and commercialization of intellectual property objects on the basis of cooperation are scientifically substantiated.
