This study examines the linguistic representation of inflation and living standards in Uzbek media discourse. It analyzes the specific lexical, semantic, and rhetorical strategies used by Uzbek media to frame these important economic concepts. The aim of the study is to determine how linguistic choices shape public perceptions, understandings, and emotional responses to economic realities. By examining patterns in media narratives, this article sheds light on the interrelationships between language, economics, and social well-being in Uzbekistan.
